is it hard to switch a 2 up sled seat w/ built on gas tank, to to a single sport seat w/ built on gas tank?
i have a 1997 arctic cat panther 440, and i was wondering if there are any other seats that i can replace the huge seat with. To give the sled a more sporty look. Anybody done this before?

Going on trip to Alaska through Dawn Princess this month. How to plan the day trips?
The day trip provided by the cruise seems a little expensive. Is that the only way go to? Has anyone booked through other places? What are things to do in Alaska that are not to be missed? The glacier tour and dog sled ride seemed good. They costed around $200 and $500 on the cruise line brochure. Are they worth the money and is there another way to do it? Any good website(s) where I can get more info?
The shore excursion that are by Princess may cost more then doing it on your own, but they guarantee them. Such as, they make sure they get get back to the ship on time and if not(say traffic jam) they will wait for any of there own shore excursions, but will not wait for others. There is always a risk of missing the boat. Now I have gone on my own too and that is just fine. When you get into port, there are usually vans, taxi's and such waiting to take you to places of interest. The glacier tour is great as well as the white pass railroad, which is an amazing trip. I have heard the dog sled is fun, but I haven't done that one myself. It can be hard to pick and choose, and you can cancel up to 48 hours before and get your money back. The biggest tip I can give you is if you are going to glacier bay National park, unless you have a balcony room, get outside early in the morning to get the best viewing. If you have a balcony, then you are all set and don't worry if upon arriving the ship is turned in the wrong direction for the best view. It will turn around later on, so you can see both sides. The Dawn is a real nice ship and Alaska is still my favorite cruise, but I did the cruise/tour trip.
