Differences between snowmobile trailers?
Just getting into snowmobiling and have noticed different manufacturers of clamshell trailers. Just wondering is there a real difference between the trailers or does it become like I chevy and you like ford?
There are some differences in the trailers. Some are steel and some are aluminum. Also look at the load ratings and the axles. If all things are the same between the trailers and manufacturers, then it all comes down to price. I would go for a aluminum, they are lighter and pull a little better in my opinion. Covered are nice because you don't need to cover the sleds when you are done riding.
