Snowmobile Xlt
Polaris XLT???
Polaris Triple Cylinder Snowmobile sat all summer didnt have time during winter to get running. Mice in everything, got it running but forgot to clean out air box and think i may have sucked mice nests into motor. Not sure??? Also only ran for about 10 seconds. Will that damage it for that short time??
sounds like you may have ran out of fuel or the fuel is not getting to the carbs.

Snowmobile XLT 600
snowmobile project help?
i have a 94 600 polaris xlt and a 02 arcticat zr 500 and i was wondering if there is and way i could put the xlt motor in the zr and if their is how would i go about that?
It can be done, but a lot of mechanical ability is needed. The clutches (primary and secondary) have to keep the same center line distance as the ZR. And, the offset of the ZR clutches must also be maintained.
The exhaust has to be routed out of the belly pan, the e-stop button and the kill switch must also be connected.
Seems like a lot of work, just sell both sleds and buy a ZRT 600.
