Suspension Gas To replace rusted brake lines on a 96 Mercury Mystique, Do I Need To Pull the Gas Tank or the Rear Suspension?
Or do both tank and rear suspension need to come out? Also, if I make and bend new lines from the gas tank area unions, how long do the driver's and passenger's side generic lines need to be efore I start bending them? I could figure that out after I removed them, but I thought I'd ask so I can save a trip to the parts store.

you could use a string tie it to one side and drag it a long line til you reach where you want to then measure the string and i dont see why you would have to remove anything but the line
