How to do full setup in new laptop into running condition?
My friend have a new laptop without setup. When we switched on the system, the language selection window arrived. we select english as a language, the dos window scrolled and stand in c:/ mode.
After that we don't know what to do further?
If there is any technical persons in the laptop field, kindly guide us to make a system in running condition. Please give the solution clearly.

Take it back to where you bought it, it is faulty.
The setup should continue and install the rest of the Operating system and software, as it has failed to continue it has a fault. Return it to the place you bought it, they can usually re-install from the Recovery Partition perhaps while you wait, on most machines this takes 20-30 minutes. As it is not working you can of course demand that they change it for a new one, DO NOT let them tell you they have to send it back to the manufacturer to be fixed an you have to wait. You bought a new laptop, it does not function and they have a legal obligation to change it for one that does work.

1972 Sears Ted Williams (Eska) 7.5hp outboard boat motor
Air condition runs but does not cool my house.?
This is a whole house unit, it runs but does not drop the temperature in the house. Went outside to check out the air conditioner; on top of the air condition the fan is running but spewing forth cool to colder air. From what I understood, shouldn't that be warm air/ warmer air, instead its the opposite. Decided to turn the air condition off and just run the fan that pumps air throughout the house and it produced the same amount of cool air the whole house air condition unit did! I have forced air high efficient heat but not air. I have no idea what could be the problem if anyone has any experience or answers for me it would be greatly appreciated!
It sounds like there is something rattling inside unit as well
Check for freon leaks in the system.
