Artic Cat Snowmobile 1995 artic cat snowmobile is running rough?
When i start my snowmobile it runs rough. Like maybe water in the gas. I cleaned the carborator twice the best i could." one carb two cylinders" Checked for spark on both plugs. at full throttle it runs just above an idle let off the gas and it stalls. it sounds too me a cylinder is cutting out out but plugs are firing. it ran fine when i shut it off. started it up an hr later and this is what i got. Maybe its still got junk in the carb?? Any suggestions?
I also added a can of dry gas as well.. forgot too mention that
and its a puma 340 f/c
The nut on the choke adjustment vibrated up on it causing the choke to stay on.. lol Thank you for all the answer's they gave me the idea too check that nut adjustment. Now i can get the kids off the video games shove em outside and they can have some real fun.
Not knowing what engine is in it kind of hampers me to answer this, but a lot of the Arctic cat fuel pumps would go soft after 2-3000 miles. Just a thought, but they are re-buildable. When the pumps go soft, they wont build pressure. It will make the engine act like it is getting crappy gas, or not enough gas.
Saber cat my cat has long canine teeeth that protrude from his mouth down his chin he is in no pain is this ok?
jake is 14 and a lovely sleek black cat he eats well and is fit and well i am just worried about them as he looks like a sabre tooth cat
Have his teeth always been like that? Some cats do have longer canines than other but this may be a sign of Feline Odontoclastic Resorptive Lesions (FORLs). A lot of cats get this type of problem in their mouth and often times when it occurs with the canine teeth they can get a "bony bulge" over the root of the tooth which can cause the tooth to be pushed downward.
If you cat's gums are red and inflamed (they are supposed to be pink) I would take him to a veterinarian that does a lot of dental work and has experience dealing with FORLs. Especially given his age, if he has not had a dental cleaning or a good dental check up recently, I would definitely recommend having him checked out. Long live Jake!

there going to have a fight but which one will win the fight?
who do u think will win the fight?
polar, ever see the size of their paws?, unless the Sabre gets to jump off a ice ledge (height advantage),, yeah I know the the long teeth, but don't do jack if they keep getting swatted away.

Snowmobile Skis Has anyone tried backcountry cross country skis with different sidecuts? I need help turning down steep hills?
I'm looking into 70-60-65 up to 98-69-88. I'm a beginner and ski snowmobile trails. I just can't turn the 40 mm parallel classic skis.I don't want to sacrafice too much speed so how much does the larger sidecut really slow you down?
Wider skis will always turn better than the narrow ones. Something like a Karhu 10th Mountain or a Fischer Outbound Crown will turn better than a Rossignol BC series ski. The larger sidecut gives you more surface area to engage the edges. You don't really have to sacrifice much speed at all. Instead you are gaining control. With thinner skis you lose control unless you have a bomb-proof technique.
That's only part of the game though. You also need a powerful boot and binding to drive a backcountry ski. You need at least an NNN-BC binding and a higher boot. I've found the run-of-the-mill NNN boots don't cut it, at least when beginning. A 3-pin binding with a cable will give you a bit more stability. You can always stick with this (as a lot of people do) or eventually switch to a shorter boot with an NNN-BC binding later on once you get the turns down and have conquered any balance issues as well.
Stick with it and you'll learn the turns. Then you go to a lift-serviced resort and rock the bumps on a set of double-cambered planks and look like a hero!
