Series crossfire should i get a 4870 or wait until the 5000 series?
i have a crossfire mobo. i can get a 4870 for £90.
what would perform better a two 4870s or waiting until the 5000 series?
I personally would wait for the HD5870.
You only have to wait until September the 10th and the reviews will be out, and then you will be in a much better position to decide. Either way it will benefit you even if you decide to get a HD4870. The new HD5870 will force the price of already existing HD4870 even lower.
From the rumours the HD5870 will be twice as fast and also supports DirectX 11.
