How do you make a snowmobile seat?
I need to make a seat and all I have is the foam
cut the foam into how big you want it maybe 2 feet by 2 and buy some metal or contact a local scrap yard to see if they may have an old seat or metal you can weld.

how can you make a GT snow racer seat more comfortable?
when me and my freinds snowmobile i usally GT behind and the seat is uncofortable and hard to stay on.
LOL - don't sit! - LOL Just kidding. Ya, those hard plastic seats... I really don't think there is much you can do. Extra padding in your suits' backside, like a towel. Keep it inside your pants as you more thank likely will lose it along the way. Have fun and be safe.
Performance Shocks Front How will shock revalving enhance the performance of my autocross car?
My original off-the-shelf shock/spring configuration was 12kg in the front and 14/kg in the rear. I recently revalved my rear shocks so that I can use 20kg springs. I've been told the revalve also provides stiff "autocross" valving. Do I _need_ to revalve the fronts to provide the same stiff valving or is it suffcient to leave it alone?
Most likely - the springs and dampers are something of a set in that they each effect each other, and they should be matched for optimal performance. However, just what optimal will be will depend on alot of factors (your car's balance, what you want you balance to be, your driving style, etc). It is possible that things are set up just right... but most likely, your front dampers are probably too soft for the upgraded springs and you may find the car's balance to not be as you expect.
we worked on a customers snowmobile and after dropping it off at his house he called saying we cut his seat and is demanding compinsation. we know there was no cut when it was in our possession from pick up to drop off. anyone know what we should do?
Unfortunately, it sounds like it's your word against his. You have a few options: 1) offer to pay for the repair of his seat; (2) fight it; or (3) offer to go half and half on it since neither you nor he has evidence of who exactly did the damage.
If you had people working on the snowmobile and can attest to the fact that it was in good condition when it left the shop, that's a plus. Also, an affidavit from the delivery person stating that the seat was in good condition would help, too. (Just in case you fight it and he decides to take you to small claims court.)
Also, in the future, you could protect yourself by having the owner inspect and sign a document upon delivery that he finds the vehicle in good condition. That way he can't complain later that you damaged it.
