I was washing my '99 Road King, and I let it idle to help it dry. I started going over the chrome on the windshield and handlebars with a microfiber rag, when the rag snagged on something, fell out of my hand and onto the exhaust! It started melting instantly, and by the time I ripped it off, it had left a burnt plastic residue on the chrome! STUPID, I know, but how han I scrub that off without scratching the chrome? PLEASE HELP! This is the only thing in my life worth anything to me!!!!
